Installing fresh copy of TSM on NT

Subject: Installing fresh copy of TSM on NT

I am going to install a fresh copy of TSM on a windows 2000 server. I am
wondering if I can just install v4.2.1.6 (which is the latest version) or do
I need to install the base 4.2.0.0 first, and then uninstall, and install
the update.

Clients are all 4.2, and mostly Windows platform.
