Bill, thanks for pointing that out.

Laurent, this, of course, looks much more serious. Being that I am a 
client developer, I am not an expert on the TSM server. However, it is 
very likely that you are looking at a database audit or restore scenario. 
Before going that route, you should consider contacting IBM support to see 
if they have any other ideas.

It would also be useful to have some history of the problem. For example, 
what happened between the last time the TSM server was running, and the 
time you discovered this problem? Were there any disk crashes or other I/O 
problems (check errpt)? Did you perform any operations on the TSM database 
or recovery log volumes?

Could it be that the correct parameter name is SELFTUNEBUFPOOLSIZE, not
SELFTUNEBUPOOLSIZE (you forgot the 'F')?
