urgent help - dsmserv cannot start

Hi all,
Our TSM server (4.1.2.0 running on AIX 4.3.3.0) run out of log space and
cannot be started. I am not sure what the max size of log space is but I
tried to extend 9MB more space and failed.
Any idea how to solve this?
