I have exactly the same problem since about 3 weeks ago.  I did however
managed to get it downloaded from my home.  Strange???  Is their someone
from Tivoli/IBM that can explain this?

I've been getting this for about a week now. I'm trying to get the latest
patch level of the AIX server code. When I try to change to any of the

and this is line command FTP from 2 different sites..2 different Internet
connections...2 different firewalls... I've even tried it from an AIX host
thinking that the Microsoft FTP code was the problem....same thing.
