The description is as follows:

    Novell NetWare Incident 2426465:

         Operating System(s) affected:

              NetWare 5.x w/ NDS 8

         Description:

              NetWare 5.x NDS 8 (and possibly the later version of NDS 7)
              removed the administrative rights for the licensing objec         
     removed the administrative rights for the licensing objects.
              As a result, Tivoli Storage Manager will fail to backup the
              licensing objects when backing up the NDS.

         Circumvention:

              Per Novell, the non-licensing objects can still be restored
              via the normal backup process. The licensing objects can then
              be restored by reinstalling the license using the diskettes.

              The licensing objects can be excluded to avoid failed objects
              during a backup. Examples of exclude statements in the
              option file (Note: statements are wrapped to the next line):

                   EXCLUDE.DIR "NDS:.O=TSM.NLS:Publisher=Novell+NLS:Product
                                =NetWare 5 Conn SCL+NLS:Version=510"
                   EXCLUDE.DIR "NDS:.O=TSM.NLS:Publisher=Novell+NLS:Product
                                =NetWare 5 Server+NLS:Version=510"
