Jeff -

I tested a win 4.2 client to a 4.1 server and journal backups didn't
work.  I submitted a problem report to tivoli and they said
'thats right, a 4.2 server was needed.'
So I said, 'where is this documented', and they said 'dooh!'.  Then they
promised to document it in the 4.2.1 client readme.
