All administrative sessions that query the database on ADSM-SERVER1 hang
and never respond.  All sessions that query the activity log
complete.  I've been waiting for some DB maintenance to complete before I
restart the system.  At that point the system will be unavailable for a few
minutes, but the hanging admin sessions will also disappear.  That should
return activity to normal.
