If you're server can't startup again, because the log is 100% full, you've
got the biggest problem I know.

This is the only way i know to get it up and i'm sure you don't like it:

Restore the database.
  Now you can start the server. If it works, halt TSM
Audit database
  Start TSM
Audit ALL volumes.

Like i said, you don't like it, but it works.....
If anybody knows a better way, i like to hear it...
