On the sun system I use, I defined the devclass as follows.
DEFINE DEVCLASS LTOCLASS DEVTYPE=LTO FORMAT=ULTRIUMC MOUNTLIMIT=1
MOUNTWAIT=60 MOUNTRETENTION=60 PREFIX=ADSM LIBRARY=MANLTO
That came from my devconfig file on TSM 4.1.2.
