Hello,
I can't find this problem in the archive
so I hope somebody on the list can
answer this...
One of our customers has a Windows NT
client which has been upgraded to 4.2.0.0
(I'm pretty sure the previous level
was 3.1)
After the upgrade the following message
appeared in the log file:
07/05/2001 22:16:49 fioScanDirEntry(): Can't map object
'D:\Users\bert\backup van C\bert\mankr H2?98+H1?99 980921.xls' into the
local ANSI codepage, skipping ...
The '?'s in the file name are no regular characters,
but a 'i' with a dot below it, or so it has been described
to me.
Has anybody seen this before?
Regards,
Alexander
