Robert - I note on page 23 of the TDP for Domino manual that it says:
         "If the preferences file [dsmdom.cfg] is corrupt and contains invalid
values, the default values for the preferences are used."

I wonder if this is what is happening, as that cfg file defines date and time
formats to be used with TDP for Domino.  In general, look for what files
changed around the time the problem started happening.
