If filling tapes are not candidates for reclamation then how can you
implement a true disaster recovery proceedure? You'd end up leaving
"filling" tapes in the library till they get full. If that is a number of
days then what if the plant blows up in the mean time? Where will TSM find
that data when a restore is requested on a node that had data on one of
those "filling" tapes that were supposed to be part of the offsite pool that
was left in the library?
