My TSM server (3.7.4 on NT 4 sp5) went down this weekend with the following
error(s).

TSM Server Diagnostic: ANR9999D: ADSM Exception Information: file =
pkthread.c, line = 1882,Code = c0000005, Address = 10164465
Attempt to read data at address 126b781b~

TSM Server Severe: Server: ADSM_NYC ANR7837S Internal error TBCOL779
detected.~

When we tried to restart the server, we got the following error.

ANR9999D dballoc.c(1353): Zero bit count mismatch for SMP page addr 0; Zero
Bits

= 0, HeaderZeroBits = 331310.
ANR0361E Database initialization failed: error initializing database page
allocator.

Has anyone seen this before and if so, what is the resolution? Thanks in
advance.
