ANR0104E ANR0848W EXPIRE ARCHIVE OBJECT FAILS
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
This has been reported against 3.7.4 server on AIX.
The problem arises when expiring archive objects. The
sequence of messages in the activity log are as follows:
ANR0104E imarins.c(1547): Error 2 deleting row from table
         "Arch.Objs.ByDescription".
ANR9999D imutil.c(3779): Primary row for archive object

          x.xxxxxxxx not found.
ANR9999D imutil.c(1296): Error deleting object (x xxxxxxxx)
ANR0848W Expiration failed to delete Archive file ...
for node ... and filespace ...
         - file will be skipped.
This expiration problem with archive objects is sporadic.
Some items will fail consistently, while other objects
will fail only once, and others will fail a number of
times and then not fail in subsequent expiration attempts.
Failing objects can be deleted with the "delete object"

command.

delete object <hlid> <llid> where the hlid is the number
before the decimal point and llid is the number after
the decimal point in the anr9999d message.
Customers should be warned to be careful with delete
object command, and should consult support if they
have any concerns using it. This command is not
officially supported, and is not intended for everyday
use.
INITIAL IMPACT: Medium
ADDITONAL KEYWORDS: MSANR0104E MSGANR0848W MSANR0848W
         MSGANR9999D MSANR9999D
LOCAL FIX:
Use delete object on those objects failing
the expiration. Apply fix when available

****************************************************************

I dont like this solution, since i think delelete object
is a bit risk.

Have you tested this before?
Have you solved the problem?
Any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks in advance.
