Mark,

Did you check to make sure databases are not
getting excluded in the dsm.opt file?

Are you using the "domdsmc incremental",
in which case it will only backing up the
changed databases...

Are subdirectories getting processed?
Does your backup command use the -subdir=yes option?
Check to see if you have the "SUBDIR YES" option
turned on. Enter the command:

    domdsmc query pref

It looks like this:

TDP for Lotus Domino Preferences
--------------------------------
BUFFers ........................ 3
BUFFers ........................ 3
BUFFERSIze ..................... 1024
DATEformat ..................... 1
LOGFile ........................ domdsm.log
LOGPRUne ....................... 60
MOUNTWait ...................... Yes
NOTESInipath ................... D:\DOMINOR5
NUMberformat ................... 1
REPlace ........................ Yes
SUBDir ......................... Yes
TIMEformat ..................... 1

(Notice the "SUBDir" setting.)
Check the domdsm.log file to see what is getting
processed. If you still can't figure it out,
please call Tivoli/IBM service.

Thanks,

Del

Subject: TDP for Domino and Windows 2000 backup problems

I've got a client who is running TDP for Domino (version 1.1.1, I
believe) on both Windows NT and Windows 2000 servers. His NT boxes back
up his .NSF files just fine, but his 2000 boxes only get a handful of
backups nightly, when he should be getting several hundred .NSF files
backing up each night per Notes server. His TSM log files show nothing
unusual.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?
