linux client v4.1.2 fails

Hi,
anyone have seen this?

ps aux shows the dsmc process is still there ->

Same on the server. Two sessions remained in idle state. ->

Actually there were no file sent, just checks.
( Server: AIX 4.1.1.0, client kernel 2.2.18 with libc6 2.2.1-1 )
