My DBAs tell me that Oracle has announced end of service for Oracle 8.1.6 in 
October.

Thus they are keen to start rolling out Oracle 8.1.7 across our myriad apps.
The Tivoli Web site states TDPO is only verified up to Oracle 8.1.6.

When can we expect 8.1.7 to be verified.?
Even if not verified officially, is it likely that TDPO will work with 8.1.7? 
Has anyone tried?
