Nope. Only one server in this case referenced in the TCPSERVERADDRESS
nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn option.

I did move the entries above that, but from your test that shouldn't matter.

SCHEDLOGNAME "C:\WIN32APP\IBM\ADSM\baclient\dsmsched.log"
ERRORLOGNAME "C:\WIN32APP\IBM\ADSM\baclient\dsmserror.log"
SCHEDLOGRETENTION 7
ERRORLOGRETENTION 7

http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts explains a lot of terms,
and in this case:

Server stanza A portion of the Client System Options
                                        file, typically starting with the
                                        keyword "Servername", which governs
                                        communicating with that one server.
An ADSM client may communicate with more
than one server, and thus can have
multiple server stanzas within the file.
The server with which the client usually
interacts will be coded on the
DEFAULTserver line, in the section of
the file which precedes the server
                                        stanzas.
(Note that the "server names" in this
file are just arbitrary names for the
stanzas, though they are typically the
actual names of the servers. It is the
                                        TCPServeraddress which actually
                                        identifies the server to communicate
                                        with.)
