Wanda - I don't know if your Windows case is similar, but we had a comical
        case of this in AIX.  The AIX system had the v2 ADSM client, and
then the AIX operating system was upgraded, and it came with a 3.7 TSM
client, thus leaving the system with two instances of the client software.
When one instance was invoked by explicit path name (as via cron) it would
undo the password set by the other, and vice versa.  It was a head-scratcher
until it was realized what was going on.
