And most importantly for expiration to work, is the verdeleted, for the
management class to which these Oracle objects are bound, set to Zero?

You have to run Expiration on the Server as the final step to actually
delete them.  Do you have this running on a regular schedule?

Hello TSM'ers,


Has anyone else come across the situation where Oracle RMAN is not deleting
backups from the TSM server?

The DBA's go through the process using RMAN, and it reports it has deleted
the backups succesfully, but they are not actually being removed from the
TSM server.
