Ok, I understand that I am in try-buy mode.  Not what I had in mind, but now
that I am, what do I do?

Can I install the base TSM 4.0 over 4.1.1.0 to get the licensing executable?  I
have paid for a two year software subscription so getting the software is
not a problem.  My problem now is that my database is in 4.0x so I can not
go backwards very easily if at all.
