Even though log files have been archived, they may still be available
locally on the domino server if the logger has not needed to reuse those
log files yet.  Thus, when the processing of the transaction logs was
started, no archived log files needed to be restored as they were still
available locally.  The elapsed time was taken by the domino logger in
processing those log files to apply the transactions to the specified point
in time.
