Yes Daniel,
i was here to ADministration OF AIX , And RS/6000 SP systems. as i am AIX
person , but the previous TSM administrator left , and manager told me to
handle it.
i started reading books ADSM concepts, practical implimentation Guide etc.., i
was installing client for sun , and on readme page i found about this list and
just registerd myself. and to my wonder all *SM guru`s are here.
now i like TSM administration than AIX , we will start contrubuting our
kowledge after 2 months. as Guys here are more experianced than us.
reading only books doesent help , because to listen experianced Administrator
is important.(i mean to say, practical knowledge.)
keep reading .and contrubuting Do u have i idea where we can give
Certification test of TSm , or where we can get books for Certification of
TSM,as redbooks doesent say something like that , as Redbooks is having many
books for certification of AIX, RS/6000 SP , and HACMP.

Agreed, Shekhar... I have received incredible useful advice from many people
on this list. Too many to thank individually.

It will be a pleasure to contribute some knowledge back as I get more
experience.
