Thanks to Luuk Kleibrink and Pieter Groen the "define dbcopy" mystery was
solved.
Luuks' advice to use "dsmfmt" is of course the official one. (But
not mentioned in the documentation of DEFINE DBCOPY).
Pieter Groen's solution worked as a charm.
