Hi Steven and Jane
When I run the "audit library lib3575 checklabel=barcode" command it
returns with success status 10 seconds later.
When running the "Checkin libvol lib3575 search=bulk status=scratch
checklabel=barcode" and after replying
I can see the barcode reader switch on and then the tape gets moved to a
drive. Checking the activity log I find the following error:
ANR8788W Unable to read the barcode of cartridge in
slot-id 31 in library LIB3575; loading in drive
to read
label.
This would indicate the scanner is broken, but when the commands
mentioned below are run it scans the barcodes successfully.
