If your client NFS node is only getting the 4KB file stub, it indicates
that HSM is not actually active on your NFS server system.  A 'df'
command should show both the JFS and FSM mounts, and the various HSM
query commands should show indications of it being active.
If HSM were active and the file were in Migrated state, your NFS client
would wait until the file was recalled before it could proceed with the
data.
