I have a situation that I would like to know if it is possible to set a
higher priority
for one of our clients. We are going straight to tape and when the back up
reaches
the end of one tape, our backups occasionally fail. I'm not sure if there is
a way to
set a longer time out value or what settings I can change to resolve this
issue.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
