I have a PERL/CGI script that can connect when I run it from the command
line, but when I enable it from the web browser I get an error from the
ODBC driver about can't find message repository.. set DSMG_DIR blah blah
blah.

If I print out my environment variables in the browser DSMG_DIR is
pointing to where dsgameng.txt is...

The only difference, in my mind at least, is that from the command line
I am administrator, and cgi it is system.  BTW system had "full access"
to the dir's and files needed.

If I could get this to work I have about 10 scripts to various TSM tasks
through cgi interface..
