You need the quotes on any statement that has embedded white spaces.

Subject: include-exclude-list on NT
Hallo *sm'ers.
I've got a problem in understanding teh include-exclude-list on NT:
why are some
of the excluded files in " ", and others not?
Do i need to put all files or directories in " " to let this
statement work or
will it work without " "?
a example: exclude "*:\macintosh volume\*"
exclude *:\...\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\*.*
Both is in the description for the include-exclude-list on NT. Which
form is
correct and why?
Greetings and thanks a lot
