I've asked this question before so bear with me. I'm having a problem with
backups going to a archive disk pool that is not defined in a management
class in any backup copy group. The options file on all these clients don't
have an include for any management class on them either. The list of clients
going there seems to match the list that have data sent to the disk backup
copy pool too. They are all part of a daily schedule that runs every night.
So I was looking at sessions that each of these clients might have had
during the night and here is what I came up with. It looks as though each
client is contacted around midnight for backups. Although I don't see
anything unusual I was wondering why the session ends, restarts and ends
again right away. I see this on all the clients. Is this normal?

What am I missing here? This is so strange when there turns out to be "just
a little" data sent to the archive pool. The q occupancy stg=nt_dpool and q
occupancy stg=nt_7yr_dpool show backups on both for each node, but the
amount of data and files is different for each pool. If there is anyone from
Tivoli that can comment on this I would appreciate it.
The other schedules I have going seem to be fine it's just this one. I'd be
happy to send anything you need but since I'm pretty new at this I might
need a command to help me out.
I have ADSM 3.1.2.55 on AIX 4.3.3
By the way if I try to query the server activity log through the web and
single out any node specifically I get this message: ANR2020E QUERY ACTLOG:
Invalid parameter - NODENAME. Is this a bug???
