Sorry then I don't know what to say. I tried to go back to IBMLINK and find
the
trail of this problem, but the record has been deleted. I can tell you at
the
time, at least one other client was also having this problem, but neither of
us
were able to provide IBM with what they needed to locate the cause. I'd
suggest
you open an incident with Tivoli and see if you have any better luck.
There's no
question (at least in my mind) that it's broken.
