Hi Jeff,
I don't have exactly what you're looking for, but I've got something pretty
close. I've got a script (actually, a Rexx exec) that generates the following
report to me daily (and monthly). It scans not the activity log, but rather
the ADSM accounting log.
ADSM Activity Report for 05/09/2000
Activity # Sess # Obj # Bytes Time MediaW CommW IdleW Xfer Rate

Notes:
- Time = total wall-clock time
- MediaW = % of wall-clock time spent waiting for Media
- CommW = % of wall-clock time spent waiting for Network
- IdleW = % of wall-clock time spent idle (waiting for user)
- Xfer Rate = Transfer Rate (Bytes / (Time * (1 - (MediaW + IdleW))))
# Bytes % Tot Top 10 nodes for 05/09/2000:

If this is of interest, I can share the Rexx source code. Actually, an old
copy of it is on the index.storsys.ibm.com ftp server in the nosuppt directory.
I you don't have Rexx, and you are running on AIX, I could build an executable
for you that you could run without needing a Rexx compiler.
