You will need to actually fill a tape (status=full) to know how much you are
actually getting.  Until you exceed 20 GB on a tape, the max will show 20
GB.  Then, as you exceed 20, you will be shown exactly how much data is on
the tape until it is full.  The percent utilized number is a percent of 20
GB until you reach 20 GB and then will be 100% after that.  This is since
there is no way to know when the tape will actually be full.

Also, make sure you don't put an estimated capacity in the device class.
Let the tape fill naturally.
