Volker,

If your scheduler service is running, you should at least get
entries in your scheduler log indicating that it contacted
the server and received the next schedule.  You should look
closely at your scheduler service settings and make sure
things are working correctly.

By the way...this probably doesn't have anything
to do with Exchange since all you are really scheduling
is a batch file that runs the Exchange backup.
The message about the scheduled event being missed probably
indicates that the scheduler service didn't even kick off
the batch file.

i do have a serious problem: our daily full exchange backup misses its
startup window and i don't know why.

for
                          node WWINFO has missed its scheduled start up
