This week we get a couple of times the following problems:
volumes exist in LM and in ADSM. Suddenly, volumes are
"not present in library", but still exist in LM and ADSM
(3494/3590E, adsm 3.1.2.55, AIX 4.2.1, Atape 5.0.2.0, atldd 4.0.1.0):

05/03/00 09:30:24 ANR8336I Verifying label of 3590 volume 000830 in drive
                       3590-1 (/dev/rmt1).

05/03/00 15:53:54 ANR8313E Volume 000830 is not present in library 3494LIB.
05/03/00 15:53:54 ANR1402W Mount request denied for volume 000830 - volume
                       unavailable.
05/03/00 15:53:54 ANR1410W Access mode for volume 000830 now set to
                       "unavailable".
