Hi,
What is the service agreement with your
backup customers:
do you provide backup or restore services?
If Backup is the purpose of your activities,
(but I doubt strongly about it)
than well, incremental is cheaper comparing to full backup.
If restore is THE concern, well,
why bother about HOW the backup is done?
If your *sm is properly configured, you offer
an "full restore", that is the most important
thing to carry about.
There are another points of interest
like redundancy, performance, access rights,
backup window, expenses, etc...
but not how the backup is beeing done !
regards
