hi Susan,

In your dsm.sys file if you have a server stanza like

servername    server_a
   commmethod    tcpip
   tcpipport             1500
   tcpserveradd    9.111.11.11
   passwordaccess  generate

Use a different dsm.opt file for the agent with different server stanza name.

for agent, in your dsm.opt file
servername     server_aorcagent

in the dsm.sys file, add the following:
servername    server_aorcagent
   commmethod    tcpip
   tcpipport             1500
   tcpserveradd    9.111.11.11
   passwordaccess  prompt

This will solve your problem.
