1. The Copy pool contains the same data as the Primary pool ,it´s just an
incremental copy of the Primary pool.
If your ADSM/TSM Server and library  are destroyed then you could restore
the Primary pool contents using the Database full backups and the copy pool
volumesthat you keep offsite.
2.You need to define a tape storage pool and then you should define a
backup copygroup type=archive that points to that new tape storage pool.
Then you must use the management class containing this archive copygroup
while archiving.
Now your Archives will go directly to tape.
