Ah, the good old Windows RC 32!
It means: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by
another process. ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION"
Check the dsmsched.log for more details about which file it concerns. I bet
you it's one of the registry files. This is normal if the machine isn't
logged off. No problem, ADSM does an internal registry backup during an
incremental backup.
