  Yep, we see this sometimes. Also in ADSM 3.1.2.40 (AIX 4.2).

  The only way is restart the server, what we have to do twice a week because
  our server crashes twice a week ;-(
  You probably have to go to ADSM 3.1.2.54, at least that's something I do,
  the moment the server crashes again.
