For most of us in the USA, the semi-annual time change occurs
this first Sunday in April. Remember that the time period
from 02:01 through 02:59 will not exist, as impacts your
various system schedules. (In general, it's best to avoid
the 01:00 - 03:00 time period unless your scheduling facility
is rather sophisticated and can take special actions that you
specify.)
