Do have enought maxscratch vol allowed in the storage pool

When ADSM tries to migrate off to tape I get an error
message:

ANR1025W Migration process 10 Terminated for
Storagepool BACKUPPOOL Insufficient space in
Subordinate Storage pool.

I have the estimated capacity for the 3570 to 40G and
mount limit set to 1.

Can someone help me with this one??
