Utilities Menu of NT BACKUP client

Subject: Utilities Menu of NT BACKUP client

The docs about restoring the NT registry entries refer to a 'restore registry 
window' which I assume is beneath the Utilities menu on the backup client.

However, that menu is ghosted. How to I enable that menu or access the Restore 
Registry window?
