   Angel - One thing you might try is to interrupt the to-tape backup
   after
           its retries that get the tape mounted, and then repeat that
   backup so that it's a clean run, with the tape already mounted.
   Beyond that, I'd say do a detailed comparison of the backup logs,
   file by file, and see what's different.
