If you look in the error or scheduler log, you will find that files
are open or in use when backup was attempted on them. The most common I
have seen are "ntuser.dat', "ntuser.dat.log". Also look for file
specifications ending in "*." - there are files without extensions and with
multiple extensions. These are causing me fits with my client and I have
advised change this directive to "*".
