Having data in two primary pools is not the same as having it in a primary
pool and a copy storage pool.  Your copy pool is still just a copy of a
primary pool.  The fact that you moved the data from one primary pool to
another won't effect the copy.  If you want the deleted, delete the copy
pool volumes:

delete vol copyvolname discardd=yes

I don't think you want to do this.  Keep the old copy storage pool and
backup your new primary pool to it.  Copy pools are used to ensure you have
data in at least two places.
