Sorry about the delay in replying; it's been a busy day with TSM.
Thanks for the clarification on reclamation. In a weird way, it kind of
makes sense that offsite volumes should be reclaimed more aggressively than
on-site volumes. You would probably want volumes returned as soon as
possible from a vault.
In response to your question, I would expect the file to be re-built
from its constituent parts; this may generate an additional offsite volume
recall as well as possibly set the onsite volume(s) in a reclaim state after
the file is moved.
