Bob,
As I understand the option for memory efficiency, instead of trying
to process and maintain memory lists of all objects (directories and files)
at once it actually processes the structures' root levels one at a time.
This may be easier said as it only processes one directory level at a time.
I also understand that it will take longer to perform a backup because of
the extra time spend building each directory list in core as it finished
with the prior level then determining what has to be backed up from the
list.
Anyone else have a different understanding? I've been known to be
all wet sometimes.
