        Your Exclude statement is incorrect; it should be of the form
"Exclude drive:\dir\...\file".  You should have worded your statement as
"Exclude *:\...\*" to exclude everything.  Also, by putting this statement
"at the bottom of the list", you will effectively block anything from being
backed up since the list is applied in reverse order of entry.  You should
put this directive as the second entry in the list (the first being an
"include * mgmnt-class" to cover other includes without specific management
classes).

        This single entry should block anything you do not specifically name
in subsequent Include statements, i.e. CDs should be excluded.
