The RC=32 error code just means "already in use".
These error messages normally correspond directly to the messages you see in
the GUI that "access is denied" to a file because it is in use and locked by
some other application when you try to back it up.

I would try backup of one
specific file that you know is in use, and see if you can match up the
messages in the GUI with the messages in dsmerror.log.
